Overview
Cefora is the sectoral training centre for Joint Committee 200 (CP 200), the largest joint committee in Belgium bringing together over 60,000 companies and 500,000 employees. Funded by social partner contributions, it offers entirely free training for employees and employers in the sector.
Services offered
- Free in-person and online training: management, IT, languages, soft skills, accounting and many other fields
- Short programmes (workshops) and longer programmes (multi-day training) accessible to all profiles
- Training bonus of up to 375 euros for training taken outside working hours
- Training bonuses for companies investing in employee development

Cefora is aimed at employees and job seekers under Joint Committee 200 (CP 200), as well as companies in this sector. Training is free for all sector workers, regardless of their position or seniority.
