Backstage.Network is a Brussels-based social startup founded in 2017 with the ambition of connecting young people seeking career guidance and job seekers with inspiring professionals. The non-profit developed the first social network dedicated to professional inspiration, bringing together students, job seekers and 'inspirers' in companies.
Services offered
- Free mentoring programme: each job seeker is supported by a volunteer mentor for 6 months
- NicetoNEETyou programme for supporting young people who have dropped out
- Professional social network with access to a community of around one hundred inspirers for advice, meetings and internship requests
- Coaching, networking and collective intelligence activities
